Data controller

Each chapel displays the controller's contact details, including the name and email of the privacy officer designated by the administering parish.

Data we collect

• Your email (required for passwordless sign-in).
• Your full name.
• Your phone (optional).
• Your preferred language.
• Your shifts, absences and substitutions.
• A log of transactional emails we send you (kept 90 days).

Purpose

To coordinate perpetual eucharistic adoration shifts at your chapel. We do not use your data for any other purpose.

Your rights

You can:

• Access and download all your data anytime from your profile.
• Rectify any data by editing your profile.
• Object to weekly reminders by toggling the option off.
• Delete your account and all your data from your profile.
